Any personal and medical information will be collected, used, and stored only for the purpose of providing you with safe, effective, and appropriate healthcare, as well as for related administrative and legal requirements. Your information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards.

We will only share your information with relevant authorised healthcare professionals when there is explicit or direct consent related to your care or required by law. Your information is stored securely, and reasonable steps are taken to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure. We use cookies and similar tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Shopify cookies) to remember cart contents, measure website traffic and tailor advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, though site functionality may be limited.

9. Direct marketing

We may send product updates by email or SMS if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the message or by contacting us.

10. Access & correction

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it if inaccurate. Email neil@menshealthwa.com.au or write to the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Data retention

We keep order records for at least seven years to comply with tax and health-sector record-keeping laws, then securely destroy or de-identify them.

12. Links to other sites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

13. Children

Our products are marketed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
